Preliminary findings will include benefit benchmarking and current trends that can be used to attract, retain, and reward key talent.
Plan and Cost Analysis
- We provide peer benefit benchmarking and present options to improve offerings when appropriate.
- We will conduct a full carrier marketing that is designed to provide a view of available alternatives and corresponding premiums.
Additional Client Specific Concierge Service
- Upon request we offer personalized counseling designed to help participants determine the right amount of coverage and ownership to enhance their benefit offerings.
- If appropriate, we will present alternative cost-effective options designed to help achieve our client’s objectives.
